Summer Fashion Goes Retro This Year - Especially 1970s
I’m not sure if it’s because of the difficult economic times we’re in, but this year summer fashion definitely include a lot of color and flowers, maybe wanting to look and feel more uplifting than wear more drab, darker colors.
Ethnic expression is also a significant part of this years summer fashion, but with a touch or retro, and even hippie from the 70s.
Even fringes on jeans, elephant leg pants and printed tunics are back.
Other retro looks that are back this year with accessories are lots of huge bracelets, wide brim hats, necklaces and scarves.
It looks like it’s going to be a whimsical summer this year, and everyone is looking to have fun and be light no matter what the circumstances are. Summer fashion has definitely been declared for this year, and it should be fun to participate and watch.
